Meet the distinguished Head Coach of Montego Bay United Football Club, Neider Dos Santos. With a football post-graduate UFRJ license (360 hours) and over two decades of experience as a Head Coach and Technical Director for national teams and clubs worldwide, Dos Santos boasts an impressive track record of success. Having led renowned national teams such as Guyana, Cayman Islands, and the Bahamas, as well as international clubs including Al Nasr Club in Oman, Simba SC in Tanzânia, África, and Al Ahli Sport Club in Qatar, Dos Santos brings a wealth of tactical acumen and player development expertise to the pitch. From guiding the U-23 Guyana Olympic team to Concacaf stage to nurturing talent at Village United F.C. and now Montego Bay United FC in Jamaica, Dos Santos is dedicated to instilling a culture of excellence and achieving remarkable feats in Jamaican football.
